International Academic Mobility at the University of Silesia: Digital Innovation in Education
Professors of the Center, Svitlana Skvortsova and Tetiana Symonenko, completed an international academic internship at the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland within the framework of academic mobility and the CIPUS programme.
For us as Ukrainian scholars, this internship opened new opportunities for cooperation and sustainable international partnerships. The working group included Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine Svitlana Skvortsova, Professor Tetiana Symonenko, Corresponding Member NAES of Ukraine Professor Nataliia Morze, and Habilitated Professor Eugenia Smyrnova-Trybulska (University of Silesia).
We participated in the scientific seminar “Digital Technologies for Innovative Teaching of Teachers and Students”, organized by the Polish Pedagogical Association at the Faculty of Primary Education and Arts.
We demonstrated an AI-based presentation workflow using Lenta laptop tools and Synthesia. Dr. Tomasz Kopczyński also presented VR, AR, and Oculus applications in mathematics education.
