Dear Ukrainian women!
We invite you to participate in the International project “Von Herzen zu Herzen: du bist nicht allein!” (“Heart to Heart: You Are Not Alone”)
Why should you do this?
Because it is important to show the world the image of modern Austrians who sheltered Ukrainian women and children at the beginning of the war, lent a helping hand then and continue to help now.
Our idea is to tell the world why the Austrians rushed to help, what was the motivation, what was their help.
From you – the story of the Austrians who sheltered and protected you.
Ask your Austrian girlfriends and friends with the following questions: Why did you decide to help Ukrainians? What did you know about Ukraine before the war and what do you know at this moment, how do you see the face of a Ukrainian woman after the start of the war, what help did you provide?
Every Austrian can be as open as he wants, he can indicate personal data, or he can remain incognito.
Ask the Austrians to write a story in German and from the heart.
Let’s be active and thank Austria and the Austrian people for their incredible support, let’s leave their names in history and memory.
The book is the best memory archive, so a book will be published based on the results of the project. We present it to the whole world.
