International Mobility: Ukraine-Austria🇺🇦🇦🇹
From May 18 to 26, 2026, Associate Professor Tetіana Savchyn, a representative of the Ivan Pulyuy Ternopil National Technical University, was at the Center for Ukrainian Researchers in Austria 🇦🇹🇺🇦 as part of the international mobility program.
During the week, we held a number of scientific seminars aimed at developing competencies in preparing grant applications, implementing artificial intelligence tools in the professional activities of a teacher, and discussing modern problems of business communications.
The event became an important platform for academic exchange and cooperation.
In addition, we took part in the embroidery march in Vienna. We are also establishing cooperation with the Carnuntum Archaelogical Park – a museum where a city from the times of the Roman Empire, the most important Roman archaeological complex in Central Europe, has been preserved and partially reconstructed.
We sincerely thank our Austrian colleagues Dr. Gerhard Walter Ruscher and Master Hermann Dietrich for their meaningful communication and support for Ukrainian scientists in Austria, which contributes to the development of international scientific ties and partnerships in the future.

Start of the New Project “Ukrainian Roots Challenge”
On April 15, we officially launched the international project Ukrainian Roots Challenge, developed by the well-known Canadian professor Oleksandr Kondrashov. The project is implemented in partnership with Thompson Rivers University, the Center of Ukrainian Studies in Austria, and the All-Ukrainian Association of Language Teachers.
The first meeting already brought together around 100 participants from Canada, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, the USA, Austria, Poland, Italy, and other countries. It is especially valuable that professors, teachers, students, and school pupils work together as one international team. We are convinced that such cooperation generates strong ideas and meaningful initiatives.
Certificates of participation were issued to all seminar participants.
We invite everyone to join our growing community. Soon we will present new project activities, including conferences, competitions, and seminars.
